Meditation Therapy

Mindfulness and Mindful Self-Compassion have been very helpful to me personally, and I have also invested a lot of time learning how to teach others. I use Mindfulness extensively with individual clients, and I also teach the 8-Week Mindful Self-Compassion course.

Meditation brings many benefits to those who practice. It helps solve problems like:
